Mai Tai Cocktail

  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 3 ounces spiced rum
  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • splash of grenadine
  • ice
  • pineapple wedge, for garnish
  • maraschino cherry, for garnish
  1. Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, rum, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker and shake to mix. 
  2. Pour into a glass over ice and top with grenadine. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries.
