COCONUT RUM MOJITOS


Ingredients
  • 1-2 teaspoons lime simple syrup or plain
  • Handful mint about 8 sprigs
  • 3 oz rum
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Club soda to taste
  • Extra lime juice to taste


  1. Instructions
  2. Place mint in a cocktail shaker and muddle - either with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  3. Fill with ice and remaining ingredients.
  4. Shake vigorously until drink is well chilled and then strain out into an ice-filled glass.
  5. Adjust to taste with lime juice and garnish with additional mint or lime.
