AVOCADO SUSHI


INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams of rice
  • 5 pieces of nori
  • 75 grams of carrots, long grated
  • 75 grams of sweet corn, cheek
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 50 grams of corned beef, cook

 INSTRUCTION:
1. Divide the rice into 4 parts. Then take a sheet of nori. Flatten 1 part rice over the nori. Add grated carrots, spread evenly.
2. Place 1 sheet of nori on the carrot, then press it with a cutting board. Flatten 1 part rice, add sweet corn.
3. Do the same thing, for corned beef and avocado.
4. Cut into small box shapes. 
5. Enjoy
