OREO WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING


Ingredients

  • 1 Pint heavy cream
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 stick of butter, very soft
  • 9 Oreos

Directions
Crush the cookies, set aside. Whip the cream in large bowl of mixer, starting at low speed and gradually increasing to medium high. Add vanilla, sugar and butter as it whips. When finished, fold in cookies, or frost cake first and sprinkle with cookies.
