Cilantro Lime Quinoa


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Uncooked Quinoa
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ Cup Cilantro
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Add quinoa and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduced heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Fluff quinoa with a fork.
  4. Add lime juice and cilantro.
  5. Season with salt.
  6. Mix well and serve.
